Dad Shoots Motorcyclist Dead That Followed His Daughters Home

Georgia: 45-year-old Bogart resident Richard Harold Gear has been charged with murder after shooting 21-year-old motorcyclist Bryan Joseph Mough to death, for following his daughters back to their house after they left a department store.

Gear got a call from his 17-year-old and 19-year-old daughters telling him what was happening. He was standing with a .40-caliber semiautomatic pistol in the driveway when they arrived. Mough was shot in the back when he came by a second time.

The girls said they left at the same time as Mough, who cut them off, and that "There is evidence of a collision between Mough's motorcycle and the vehicle operated by Gear's daughters," said Berry. Security video shows no contact prior to the chase.

Two People Stabbed While Watching Horror Movie at Theater

Police are hoping that footage from three security videos will help catch whoever it was that stabbed two patrons while they enjoyed a horror film. It occurred around 7:30 p.m., 45 minutes into "The Signal." The attacker used a back door to escape.

Fullerton police Sgt. Eric Halverson said that the victims suffered wounds that were non-life threatening. A composite sketch was assembled by police with the aid of one of the victims. Just before the attack a man with spiked hair was told to leave.

Lt. Alex Bastreri said "He tried to bring alcohol into theater. They felt he was too intoxicated to stay inside the theater." How he reentered is still unclear. Police were called when a bag of food he may have left behind was thought to be drugs.

Man Takes Bullet To Avoid Work

Pasco, WA: A man has literally taken a bullet in his shoulder in order to receive a day off of work.

Daniel Kuch originally filed a police report with local deputies stating that he was a victim of a drive by shooting on Thursday night. Later Kuch acknowledged that he had actually had his friend shoot him.
